  • Virtual consultations can be scheduled within 4 hours. In-person consultations can be scheduled 24 hours ahead.

    For urgent situations, we offer same-day support when available. Simply send me an email or a message if you need to talk sooner.

  • We provide healthcare guidance and advice, answer questions on your health issues and concerns, and help you determine if something needs attention or if it can wait. We also help you feel more at ease when meeting with doctors by: 1. sharing practical, research-based tips; 2. explaining medical results, procedures, or treatments in plain language, and outlining your options.

    As a consultancy service, we do not provide medical diagnoses, medical referrals, prescriptions, or treatment for medical conditions.

  • Remote consultations require a 2-hour cancellation notice. In-person services require 12-hour notice.

    If there are special circumstances that require you to cancel on short notice, send us an email or message so we can assist.

  • As a consultancy service, we are not affiliated with any specific insurance companies.

  • For true medical emergencies, always call 112 first. Your emergency contact can reach out to me afterwards via email or text message if you need further support.

    We can provide support for urgent but non-emergency situations when possible. However, this may depend on the hospital or clinic’s privacy rules. As a non-family member, I may not always be permitted to join you during the visit.

    Please note that In-person support in urgent situations are subject to my availability since they are on short notice.
