Virtual consultations can be scheduled within 4 hours. In-person consultations can be scheduled 24 hours ahead.
For urgent situations, we offer same-day support when available. Simply send me an email or a message if you need to talk sooner.

No, we provide healthcare guidance and advice on your health issues and concerns, as well as advocacy support. We also help you communicate effectively with your doctors, explain unclear results, procedures or treatments, and help you understand your options, but we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Remote consultations require a 2-hour cancellation notice. In-person services require 12-hour notice.
If there are special circumstances that require you to cancel on short notice, send us an email or message so we can assist.

As a consultancy service, we are not affiliated with any specific insurance companies.

For true medical emergencies, always call 112 first. Your emergency contact can reach out to me afterwards via email or text message if you need further support.
We can also provide support for urgent but non-emergency situations when possible.
Please note that In-person support in emergent and urgent situations are subject to my availability since they are on short notice.
